Hill Construction and Talmage Architects joined Bishop Rickie Jackson and members of Emmanuel Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ to break ground on their new Family Life Center.

Located in Northeast Columbia, Emmanuel’s new facility will offer members a place to gather for community events, enjoy meals together and also participate in recreational activities.
