We know at this point everyone is beyond ready to hear our BIG NEWS we cryptically alluded to on Friday. It has been our heart’s desire for over the past 10 years to have a brick and mortar storefront coffee location. We have prayerfully waited for the right location and are happy to announce . . .

. . . We bought an amazing building in the Center of Irmo and will be opening a Cafe in the Summer of 2020. The Building is conveniently located right off of Lake Murray Blvd. between both Irmo Town Park and Community Park of Irmo, mins from I-26.

The Address is: 7475 Carlisle Street, Irmo SC 29063.

We are working with Seed Architecture & Hill Construction on plans for the 5,000 sq ft building to include: a kitchen, ample seating (including large patio & private meeting space), and our Roastery will also be moved into the space (visible from glass observation areas). This Roaster Retail model will be uniquely Loveland and celebrate Specialty Coffee and Design.

We believe in Irmo. It’s where we grew up, where we chose to raise our family, and where we have invested heavily in serving our community over the past 7 years. We believe this new location is exactly what Irmo has been waiting for and can’t wait to continue to offer great coffee and build a stronger community together.

We know what you are thinking, “What about the Drive-Thru location?” Nothing will be changing in regards to the Drive-Thru, it will remain in its current location at 7001 St. Andrews Road. We actually think the Cafe will help alleviate excessive back up and wait times at the Drive-Thru by allowing those who have a little extra time in the morning to go to the Cafe instead of going to the Drive-Thru.
