Columbia, SC – Hill Construction begins the second phase of Townhomes at McCants in historic Earlewood set for completion late this summer. The townhomes occupy the notable Fannie McCants Elementary School built in 1931. Every effort has been made to preserve not only the culture of the school, but the appearance as well.

“With no two floor plans being the same, the Townhomes at McCants offers a truly unique living experience in downtown Columbia”, said Zack Wheeler, who is marketing the project as well as a partner in the development.

“As the Earlewood area continues to be revitalized, Hill is pleased to be a part of this historical renovation and repurposing historic buildings throughout the Midlands,” said Ray Hill, President of Hill Construction.
